Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Buyer: The natural person who purchases a Gallerai Premium subscription on this website, identified by the email address and name registered on their account.
2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the digital service subscription described below, ordered electronically by the Buyer at temizle.pro/gallerai-web. The parties acknowledge Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
3. The service and its price

4. Payment and delivery
The service is activated on the Buyer's account immediately after payment approval; there is no separate shipment. Card details are never seen or stored by the Seller; payment takes place within the payment institution's (iyzico) infrastructure.
5. Right of withdrawal and its exception
Under the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic form and for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. Gallerai Premium falls within this exception: access is granted the moment payment is approved.
The Buyer acknowledges having read this exception on the checkout screen and consents to immediate performance. Payment cannot be started without ticking that consent box.
This exception does not cover incorrect charges or failure to provide the service; refunds are made in those cases (see Cancellation & Refund).
6. Cancelling the subscription
The Buyer may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the service continues until the end of the period already paid for. Cancellation is made in the channel the subscription was purchased through.
7. Disputes
For disputes, Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts above those limits.
8. Entry into force
By ticking the consent box on the checkout screen and completing payment, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement. A copy is sent to the Buyer's email address.
