Cancellation, Refund and Withdrawal

Cancelling your subscription

You cancel in the channel you subscribed through. This is a rule of the stores themselves; a developer cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. Premium continues until the end of the period you already paid for — cancelling does not mean “refund me and cut it off now”.

Right of withdrawal

For digital services performed instantly in electronic form, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. Gallerai Premium is opened for access the moment payment is approved and therefore falls within this exception; you are asked to consent to this on the checkout screen.

When a refund is made

The withdrawal exception does not cover the following. Refunds are made in these cases:

  • Incorrect or duplicate charge: if more than one payment was taken for the same period, the excess is refunded.
  • Service not provided: if payment was taken but Premium was not activated on your account.
  • Charge after cancellation: if a renewal was charged despite your cancellation.

In these cases write to dk.cosar@gmail.com. Your request is reviewed and, if justified, refunded to the card you paid with within 14 days.

If a payment fails

You are not cut off immediately: a short grace period is granted and Premium continues during it. If payment still cannot be taken, the subscription goes on hold and Premium access ends. Updating your card restores access.

Refunds for store purchases

For subscriptions bought through Google Play or the App Store, refunds follow that store's own policy and requests go directly to the store.
