Terms of Use
Last updated: 18 August 2026
1. The service
Gallerai is a mobile app that indexes the photos on your phone on the device itself, makes them searchable in natural language, and helps you tidy up your gallery. By using the app you accept these terms.
The core functions — building categories, reading text in photos, and searching — run on your device. AI features are an optional layer on top.
2. Account
You need to sign in with a Google account to use the app. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Plans and pricing
- Free plan: on-device scanning and search are unlimited. Monthly AI analysis is limited and ads are shown.
- Premium plan: a monthly renewing subscription. ₺69 / month (VAT incl.) on this website, ₺79 / month in-app through Google Play.
- The subscription renews every month unless cancelled.
- Your monthly AI allowance resets at the start of each month; unused allowance does not carry over.
- One account cannot be subscribed through both channels.
4. AI features
- They are not required. The app can be used with no AI at all.
- They take two deliberate steps: first you enable the feature in Settings, then you choose to use AI for a particular search or scan.
- Only the photo in question is sent, never your whole gallery.
- AI output can be wrong. Verify important values — an amount, an account number — against the document itself.
5. Internet connection
Some features need a connection: ads, online services, and AI. Needing a connection does not mean your photos are uploaded. We may require a connection for the free plan; the Premium plan is not affected.
6. Scan backup
Backup is off by default. When you turn it on, only the text produced by scanning is stored encrypted on our server, never the photos.
7. Cancellation, refunds and withdrawal
Details are on the Cancellation & Refund page. In short: you cancel in the channel you subscribed through, cancelling stops renewal, and Premium continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
8. Earning allowance by watching ads
On the free plan you can earn extra AI allowance by watching rewarded ads. There is a daily cap. Attempting to obtain allowance by artificial means may result in the account being suspended.
9. Referrals
Each account has a referral code. When someone who used your code moves to Premium, both sides receive extra allowance. Codes cannot be used on your own account.
10. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. Search results and AI output may be incomplete or wrong. Deletions you make in the gallery cleanup screen are your own decision; nothing is deleted until you confirm.
11. Changes to the service
Features and limits may change. Changes that affect your rights are announced inside the app.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer disputes, Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
